Autumn Term 2023

A big welcome to our new families who have joined us in Foundation this term.
 
Also welcome back to all our existing families.
 
We are looking forward to a fabulous Autumn term with lots of fabulous learning opportunities to explore together.
Everyone should be feeling very proud of their children for such a great start to the new term. The children who were with us last year have been great at looking after the new children and showing them the routines and expectations.
The new children have been amazing and everyone feels very settled already!
There have been lots of new friendships developing and you can see from the photos that there has been a lot of smiley children exploring across our Foundation area.
The Oaks and Acorns have been busy learning how to work and play together as well as building new friendships.

We found two slugs on the patio this afternoon, the children enjoyed looking at them so much we decided to go on a bug hunt! We spoke about the bugs we found and looked at how they moved, if they had legs and what they eat.

In R.E and History we have been thinking about how God made the world and how we are all part of a family.
