Weekly Physical Activities for week - 22.06.20
Hi - no need to search down this week for the weekly physical activities grid - they are here!!!
Email in your "Shuffle courses of can. It looks lots of fun for indoors but the sun is coming so you can take this outside too. 
Check out - Jump the Stream- we have been playing something like this at school called Sticks!
Clapping and catching activity - can you go for GOLD!!!

I'd love to see your Power Poses pictures, The - Cool Catching -  looks fun ans you dont have to have a ball, a rolled up sock will do, There are some grat activities in -Healthy Hearts to keep that important muscle strong. Get those socks out agoan for - Football Frenzy.
The - Shapes and Travel in Gym -  would be a good reall of last terms gymnsatic work.
Whatever you choose to do stay active and keep smiling.
